Scytl
Scytl is a European company specialized in application-level cryptography and a worldwide leader in the development of secure e-government and e-voting solutions. Scytl was formed as a spin-off from a leading University research group on e-voting security and has numerous international awards including the 2005 IST Prize granted by the European Commission to best technology companies in Europe.

Lithuanian Parliament
Seimas is the supreme legislative body of the Republic of Lithuania. Under the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania of October 1992, the unicameral Parliament of Lithuania, the Seimas, is composed of 141 MPs who are elected for a four-year term in one-candidate or multi-candidate electoral areas on the basis of universal and equal suffrage by secret ballot in direct mixed system elections.

Hungarian National Assembly
The Republic of Hungary is an independent, democratic and constitutional state. Since the constitutional amendment of October 23, 1989 the Hungarian state is a republic, and the type of regime is parliamentary democracy. The government is responsible to the National Assembly and derives its powers from the majority of voters. Legislative power is exercised by the unicameral National Assembly consisting of 386 members. Members of the National Assembly are elected for four years.
